Where someone comes from or who they are should not shut them out of opportunity.
People can be left behind because of income, disability, age, gender, origin or other barriers. This goal seeks fairer opportunities and a stronger voice for people who are excluded, both within countries and between them. It also covers policies that reduce discrimination and make migration safer.
Public services should be usable by people with disabilities, not only by those who can navigate a building or form easily.
